My Hyundai Santa Fe 2003 Standard has a heavy vibration

My Hyundai Santa Fe 2003 Standard tranny has a heavy vibration every 2 seconds going 60 or better and then at idle it vibrates every 3 seconds.

VERY DIFFICULT TO SAY!... Has it always done this?... or did it just recently happen? Did you have the timing belt replaced recently along with the balance belt (that's the 2.4 four cylinder)?. If it's the V6 (2.7 or 3.5), has anyone done any maintenance to it recently? If so, what specifically was done?
