Question about 1983 Ford Econoline
As the engine heats up, slight expansion occurs in all parts and therefore closing the gap that a cooling leak is coming from. Example: water pump to block mating surfaces. Also possible when vehicle is shut off and cools, leak occurs and puddles in a certain area, then when stated in the morning the cooling fan blows coolant off.
