It might be under the driver side dash panel. Some Chrysler cars had them there.

Fuel pump won't run unless engine is cranking, but won't start

Are you sure it's running when cranking? It should have come on when key turned on.
This is for camrys up to year '91. It may apply in your '95, also. Check the 7.5 amp ignition fuse and the 15 amp EFI fuse and the EFI main relay, all located in the fuse box next to your battery. There is also the circuit opening relay tied in to fuel pump operation. It is usually found under center of dash. It is usually not the problem, but it is part of the checks for fuel pump operation.
If your car has a " check connector" or "service connector" (also called a fuel pump check connector) under hood on driver's side near the firewall (a little 1 inch cube with a cap on it), then bridge terminals +B and Fp with a jumper wire. Turn key to on (don't start car). The pump should come on. Listen for fuel return noise from the fuel pressure regulator, and verify pressure in hose from the fuel filter. If nothing, check those fuses above. Here is how power runs to pump: Battery to 40 amp main fusible link-to 15 amp EFI fuse-to EFI main relay-to circuit opening relay-to fuel pump-to ground. Ignition switch and the computer (ECU) work the relays to pass power to pump. Hope this helps some, Randy. Good luck.

My o b d connector will not fit the plug in on car

they changed the plug in 1996 so if you are trying to use an OBDII code reader, it won't work on yours. Your car most likely has the OBDI plug.

Where is the switch/commutateur located in 1995 jeep cherokee

if you are refering to the ignition switch, there is a black box described as the power distribution box under the hood on the drivers side, inside is fuses and relays to your vehicle. next to it is another box with fuses, on the inside of its cover tells you what each fuse and relay is for. hope that this information has helped you.

Fan in front of radiator is not running

well the fan has wires going to a plug. disconnect the plug and jumper the battery connectors to the fan's plug connectors. you can make a good jumper cable out of an old household extension cord. if it spins then the fan is good and your problem is elsewhere. if it does not spin then fan is bad and you need a new one.

if the fan works on test......... next there is generally a small fuse box under the hood, look in your owners manual to find it. when you take the lid off, there will be a legend on the backside of the lid telling you what is what. buy a new relay for the fan relay replace it. if the fan still does not work then your problem is elsewhere, if the fan now works you are now a mechanic.

failing a working fan in the first two steps there is generally a small sensor screwed into a head and when the coolant reaches a certain temperature that sensor tells the relay to turn on the fan. so my next suggestion is to replace that sensor. finding it amongst all the other wires and hoses under the hood however should be left to a real mechanic.

I have a 2003 Dodge Caravan with a 3.3L it wont start or even turn over. Run test on electrical system found ignition signal to relay found power supply to the relay and ground to the relay. When I jumped...

Yes they do but I would rather think you have a bad battery cabe connection to the system, sometimes the battery cable corrudes and you can't see it try replacing the cable ends and the connector ends espically if they are by the battery.
