Where would i find the speedmeter cable in a 1994 honda civic

If your 94 is the same as my 96, there is no speedometer cable. The Instrument cluster is all electronic and I believe the speedometer gets the speed from the computer via the vehicle speed sensor.

-Possibly bend throttle cable. If not then back up the idle screw to normal RPM.
