Try changing the fuel filter first,if that dose not help try removing the exhaust down pipe from manifold, and run,it's going to be noisy. if condition improves then you may have a blocked catylitic convertor, replace with new unit. is the check engine light on?

When the engine is starved with gas then the issue may be the MAP sensor or worse bad injector. Check as well the transmission. Try to observe if your vehicle does not change gear properly. It could be a speed sensor issue.

Possibly but to find the fault have the fault codes read . It may be the accelerator position sensor . Don't waste money until you have the codes to point you in the right direction

Hi
Check engine codes could be map sensor or 02 sensor.
Check for vacuum leak at map sensor, causes high fuel consumption.
