1988 would have been the start of a 4 year cycle on a specific design so you should have little problem going up to and including 1991. Before or after would depend on the specific part. Basic components, i.e. engine, rear ends, transmission are normally interchangeable over a much greater time frame and models. Often the only difference in these types of parts is bolt on parts. Hope this helps.

i have an 89 eldorado and the previous information is correct. Some of the body molding and things to that nature differ from year to year but the mechanical stuff is almost all the same, You can also look as Sevilles in the same time frame as they have the same powertrain and mechanical design as well.

I have a 95 S-10 with a bad 4.3L engine. What years of engines will interchange?

There were two different 4.3 engines used in that year.
A salvage yard should have the interchange books to tell you which years will fit which model engine.

the vents that receive the blowing air is of course provided by the blower motor. The duct work the blown air goes through has doors that open & close for the direction you want the heated air to be directed to. A motor runs these doors so you may have a bad motor to the main door

My rear driver side door won't stay latched. If I get a latch from the junk yard for a 1995 Deville will a fleetwood door latch work? Also for the window motor on the driver side front door will they...

Have a close look at the door latch and see if it is in the lock position. If it is, pull the door handle like your going to open the door and place a screw driver or a pen in the latch and pull it open and then try to close the door and see if the latch holds the door close. The chances are good since most GM products are interchange able, the salvage Yard should answer that for you and can tell you better short cuts then any body on how to replace parts. Good luck and hope this helps, keep me posted. Be glad to help.

I would like to know what years interchange with my truck? I have a 1995 Chevy Silverado 4x4. I am mainly concerned with the body parts. I would also like to know what motors will interchange with my...

any body parts from 1988-1998 will interchange.(except box parts stepside vs fleetside Grilles and head light/front signal lights differ from year to year but an newer grille can be put on an older truck as long as both trucks have the same headlights) As for the complete engine you can use any throttle body engine from another truck But you are best to keep the computer or at least the chip with the corresponding engine. the computer can be found behind the glove box. I believe the ones that will work with your 94 are 1988-1995
Hope this helps!
