Question about Dodge Neon
I've had a similar problem in my 95 dodge neon recently. What I did was I accidentally wired something completely wrong. I wired my rear driving lights to a constant 12V source wire, thinking it was a ground wire. Blew 6 fuses before I realized what I did. Anyways, try to get a hold of an electrical diagram, and make sure there are no shorts or crosses between anything. Odds are your wiring is off a bit.
