Question about Ford Escape
You have an open circuit which may not allow your air bags to deployed properly if accident occur. Take it to the dealer, they have to go through some random checks which required taking the steering wheel apart and measuring the resistance/ ohms and jumping the wires and systems may need to be reset, I don't recommend any one to do this job unless you have some knowledge of electrical and the airbag systems; it very dangerous working with airbags system.

Your car is under factory warranty. I am a ford dealer mechanic. I would not try to see what is wrong with the code. You will void warranty if you do. The code says that there is a wire loose from airbag to computer. Take to your local dealer and have them fix at no charge.
