Question about 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee
The alarm on my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee goes off at night. I don't see any reason for it. I have to leave my car unlocked because the police have showed up at the house while it was going off. Don't want that to happen again.
You may have left a door half open, or have a bad door switch. Until you find out what the problem is you can manually push your door locks with your hand to lock them without arming the alarm and still have your vehicle locked, and not have to worry bout hte alarm.

Testimonial: "Thanks a lot. Feel safer knowing how to lock up car without alarm going off. Will also look into whether I have a bad door switch."
Check gas pedal cable if it is loosen ,in that time alarm is not working properly
