Clutch fluid is spraying out wen I press clutch on my 2005 sunfire

Nice pic!
either
  • the clutch master cylinder has failed and needs to be replaced or rebuilt (renew the seals inside) or
  • the pipe between the master and slave cylinder has developed a leak and needs to be replaced.
Good luck

Jeep gears stick upon starting

you have a hydraulic problem here is all thats wrong i think ,but why did you need to fill up with fluid ,well it must be leaking slightly somewhere and to find the leak you must have a good look ,now whats happening is the clutch is working after you use it a few times as the leak allows the air to escape but when your not using it then the fluid leaks and the air is getting beck in and my first suspect is the master cylinder so look up under the dash and see if you can see the leak .-if you see a dampness around the pushrod for the clutch then you will need to renew the cylinder ,yes i know you can fit new rubbers if available but only to a metal cylinder but a lot of new vehicles are using plastic cylinders .

Rav 4 clutch adjustment

it is the sign of the clutch wear surely. Do not delay the replacement because the slip you have burns the clutch with the flywheel overheated and will crack to need renewal which it is very expensive part. Also there is not any adjustment on it,it is a self adjusted clutch system.

I think i need a new clutch plate, but I'm not sure.

If there is no crunching when you sift into gear, then I agree, it sounds like the clutch needs renewal. When renewing the clutch plate, it is a very good idea to renew the pressure plate assembly as well.
