How to replace passenger mirror ?

There is a small cover that looks like part of the door panel, it could have a full panel that needs to be removed. Three nuts hold the mirror assembly on and there is a small plug for the electric mirror.

I need to replace the mirror of my 2007 Ford Explorer XLT as it was hit and knowcked off, hanging by the power wires. this is he Passenger side door

You can access the inside mounting bolts by removing the panel just inside of the passenger mirror...the electric plug can be unplugged without any other changes...Your mirror is of course available through your local Ford dealer...you can also try the internet to find a like new replacement mirror and head assembly...just type in 2007 Explorer passenger side mirror...Also, your least costly replacement is available at your local salvage yard...some allow you to browse, and remove yourself...(good practise before scratching yours...some yards will pull the mirror for you...you might even find the exact color...salvage yard mirror heads (electric) go for $25. to $75. Sounds like you have a good start...Hope this helps.

How do take off the passenger side door panel and replace my 2003 buick park avenue side view mirror?

You shouldn't have to take off the panel, there is usually a black plastic cover right behind the mirror, pop it off, it will expose 3 or 4 bolts to the mirror, It is heavy, so don't let it fall, It has wires in it and sometimes a cable, get the mirror off and replace it, The glass pops right out, If you just need the glass, Get a small flat bar in there or a slim piece of hardwood, Pop the glass right out, and pop in a new one. Hope this helps.

  2. Take the screw out and remove the molding panel that attached around the outside of the power mirror.

It's not that hard to replace the passenger side mirror. You will be able to do it yourself. I will tell you how. Remove the screw holding the molding to the base of the mirror and remove the molding. Remove the screws and detach the mirror. (if it is electric mirror just unplug the electrical connector. Installation is the reverse of removal. Hope this will help you.

Removing and replacing passenger side mirror 2002 town and country van

there should be a triangle shaped plastic section on the interior of the door behind the mirror, check it for a little plastic screw cover to remove it or you may just have to lever it gently to remove it.
once it is off it exposes the mirror retaining bolts which you undo to remove the mirror, I presume it has electric mirrors and if that is the case you will have to find the electrical wire plug for the mirror and pull it apart, replace mirror in reverse order of removing

How do I replace broken 2002 buick century passenger side mirror?

On the inside trim, you can remove screws that are by the door handle, arm rest, under door and side of door and then gently pull back on the panel as there will also be retaining clips attached and you don't want to break them. You'll need to lift the door panel upwards in order to get it off the window ledge. Then you'll need to manipulate the panel and disconnect the door handle linkage from the door handle and disconnect the wiring for your controls. Then you can access the bolts that secure the mirror onto the door

Buick LeSabre side mirror

Yes, you will have to take the door panel off. I'm attempting to replace the passenger side mirror at the moment and have the old one out, but can't get enough access to the bolts to attach the new one without opening up the side panel.
I'm still looking into how to do this, as I haven't found the right sequence for removing it. I'll try to post how when I figure it out, as I also hate paying for a manual for simple repairs.
