Under the hood to the right of the battery. Squeeze the clips and lift
the lid of the fuse box. Inside the lid it tells you what each fuse is
used for, it's a bit hard to read black raised letters on a black
plastic backround.
Also inside under the dash on the extreme left side beside the
computer access port are more I am told. I think you remove the plastic
cover held in by two screws. I never took it off but since my
defrosters don't work front or rear or heated mirrors I hope to find
the fuse in there.
I really hope help you with this. Good luck (remember rated this help).

This definately sounds like the clutch cycling switch or the low pressure switch is bad. You just simply evacuate the system, screw off the old and screw on the new and then evacuate and recharge the system. This should get you fixed. You might also want to check and make sure that you have enough refirgerant in the system. If there is not enough then this switch will not allow power to flow to the clutch to prevent any damage to the compressor from there not being enough oil in the system.

Your battery terminals are not tight enough. If the leads on top of your battery are just a little loose, then you loose your dash lights and gauges. They come right back when you tighten your battery terminals.
