Noticeable vibration grows when vehicle speed increases. Doesn't change with engine RPM only with vehicle speed. Same vibration whether in 4x4 or 2 wheel drive. Steering is fine.
When you say "throughout" that would indicate that it is coming from the rear of the truck..
There could be a number things causing this..
It could be a bad tire or a broken belt on a tire..
A test for this is - roll along at 3 miles per hour.. If you feel a wobble - that is probably a broken belt in a tire..
Or maybe even a bent axle..
It could be a bad universal in the drive shaft..
It could be a broken shock/strut or mount or both..
Best of luck !
Have your tires and wheels checked. Sometimes they throw a weight and then you get a vibration. Other times you can have a bad tire and catch it before it blows.

Just had new tires put on not long ago, and had them balanced. Vibration and noise is noticeable at low and high speed.
