Is it acting like its out of gas. Also is it turning over but not starting. are u getting spark from ur spark plugs. When it was tuned up did the shopmess up the firing order of the distributor especially its a newer car. it could be teh fuel pump, filter etc. if its one of those its usually back by the tank. Also to see if ur getting spark u can pull a spark plug out plug it into one of the wires and set the spark plug on part of the engine and have someone turn it over u will see spark out of the end of it if u dont then thats ur problem. also it may be a relay. Overall u will want a manual so it can be pinpointed better also run some codes on it if u know how to.

99 sable won't start, replaced battery, starter, alternator, but still wont even crank. code reader also said map sensor so it was reset worked for alittle but now nothing

If the car does not have a security system, I would check for voltage at the starter from the battery and from the key switch.
The power from the key switch goes thru the neutral safety switch before getting to the starter.

My 99 yukon wont start when its cold, I can spray carb cleaner in the throttle body and it will fire, but other wise it wont start unless its warm.

When is the last time you had a tune-up on your truck? During the cold winter months, if the battery does not have a proper level of cranking amps it is sometimes hard for the engine to turnover in the cold. You may need a tune-up or battery replaced.

The battery will not hold a charge

Check the easy stuff 1st. Bring it to a parts store for a free battery check (if you can start it and bring it there, they can also check the alternator to make sure it's charging the battery properly, also a free service). If you can't get it started, pull the battery out and bring it in. Hopefully it's something simple, like a bad battery as you stated. Good luck, let me know what you find.
