Bank 1 and 2 detecting too lean a condition. Yuck. Per the 1998 official Toyota shop manual for a Sienna, it could be a bad 1) coolant temp sensor 2) bad HO2S (or Fuel/Air sensors) 3) bad mass airflow sensor 4) restricted fuel somewhere (like the fuel filter in the tank! ouch.) First, check to function of the coolant temp sensor. You can pull it and play wiht your stove and boiling water or just buy a Carchip data collector and download the data to your computer to analyze. Second, before you replace that horribly expensive Mass Airflow Sensor, pull it out and *carefully* spray it clean with brake cleaner or an electronic cleaner of some sort. And do NOT touch any of the itty-***** wires inside with anything or you WILL be replacing it. Third, if you have HO2S sensors, you can check the resistance of them using an multimeter to see if they are within spec. I forget exactly but it's something low like 9-12 ohms at 68F. If you have Fuel/Air sensors instead, it's dealer diagnostic time. Fourth, if you suspect fuel pressure or fuel flow issues, I recommend dealer diagnostic time too. My best friend got severely burned (2nd and 3rd degree on 50% of his body) messing with fuel and his VW bug when we were in high school. 25 years later, he is still covered in scar tissue and will be forever.
I hope this helps you

po125,means.That code is "insufficient coolant temp for closed loop fuel control". Try removing the thermostat to see if it has stuck open. Replace it with a 195 degree.

Try cleaning the MAF , Stands for Mass Air Flow. Clean this with electric MAF cleaner, and then reset the code this should take care of the problem.

How to repair P0125 for 2000 Mercury Mountaineer

P0125 OBD-II Trouble Code Technical Description Insufficient Coolant Temperature For Closed Loop Fuel Control What does that mean? This means that the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor indicates that the engine has not reached the required temperature level to enter closed-loop operation within a specified amount of time after starting the engine. Symptoms You will likely not notice any drivability problems. Causes A code P0125 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: Insufficient warm up time Low engine coolant level Leaking or stuck open thermostat Faulty coolant temperature sensor Possible Solutions The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back. If the code comes back, the problem is likely going to be the result of the above causes (faulty thermostat, faulty ECT sensor, or a low coolant level). According to my 2002 Toyota Tundra manual (and it may be different for your car) P0125 is as follows:
Insufficient Coolant Temperature
for Closed Loop Fuel Control

This would seem unrelated to your original problem.

Hello. Welcome to FixYa.

Id the Prius economical? Sure. They are great little cars, and the gas mileage is tremendous. Some of my customers are reporting up to 50 MPG on trips...pretty good gas mileage.

GIven the choice of a Prius, versus the other hybrids on the market, the Prius cannot be beat.

2005 Prius change in MPG after dealer service

What was the weight of the oil that was put into the engine when it was changed? Prius engines are VERY PICKY about the proper weight of the engine oil. Trust me. I see this quite often. The wrong weight oil can do bizzare things, and def lower your mileage. Something you can check: Take off the tube leading to the throttle body, and look down into the intake. Do you see any oil laying in the intake manifold? If so, you DEF have the wrong weight oil. This will NOT set a Check Engine light, either. Hope this helps.
