You probably have a bad outer C\V (constant velocity) joint on either the left or right side. The typical fix is to replace the entire axle but you should not need both replaced, only the bad one.

I did all thing i could of to the car oil change spark plugs cables, head gasket sealer, and now after everything if it get to hot n if im driving then stop it stalls, and is making a sound like wen i turn...

Head gasket sealer? Sounds like you have a cracked head or blown head gasket. The ticking is probably from the valvetrain. If you have a cylinder head problem it will continue to run hot.

Ticking noise underneath the car approximately midway.

The sound you hear is the metal parts of your exhaust system and catalytic converter cooling down. Some cars are louder than others but the sound is perfectly normal.

My 93 acura legend wont start. Ticking sound??

That sounds like a dead battery. The ticking sound is the relay (a type of switch) which enables power to the starter motor when you turn the key. If the battery is weak, the relay will click, but there is not enough power to turn the starter motor.

I hear clicking noise when I make a right turn only

there is a TSB(technical service bulletin) available at your dealership for that. Im pretty sure thats the cv shafts making that noise. its very common.

Ticking sound

Gm will tell you this is normal lifter noise if it from the top of the motor. It could be from the exhaust but you would hear it from under the car more. I do not care for the responce from GM but they say it is ok.

Ticking sound

several possible issues. old cars most likely have valve issues. before spending a lot of money - 1. check to make sure the belts are not frayed and any loose strands cut off - they can also make a ticking sound. 2. you can buy a thicker oil additive at a parts store - if that works, then you need to take it to a mechanic for a valve adjustment. be prepared for bad news, if the car is 20 yrs old, it may be time for retirement.

Ticking noise

It is part of the waste gate just above the gas tank. It periodically checks for leaks and pressurizes and releases. Gives a ticking noise when it does this. Not a problem and GM is aware of this and said its normal on our cars.
