I have 2007 Grand Cherokee Laredo. I had a problem where the engine just shut down while driving it and would not restart. I took it to the dealer where they stated I had an exposed wire that they repaired. Two months later same problem any suggestions on what is causing the problem?

I have a 1994 jeep grand cherokee and it always starts up, but sometimes it just shuts off randomly while I'm driving and after a few minutes of rest turns back on, the battery will still be worki

Install a new crank shaft sensor. I had the same problem with my wife's Jeep. It would run fine fore days at a time then quit. When the crank sensor goes out their is no spark or injection of fuel into the engine. This is a Hall Sensor. They can be intermittent, and affected bu heat. If your Jeep will not start, try freeing the sensor and see if it starts. Cold Freeze is used in electronics to test

You say you changed the cam sensor. A1391 code is a crank sensor on the top of the trans. bell housing.
