Power window is not working. Lowered fine this morning and made a rattling and clacking noise going up. Now, it doesn't work at all.

This is a tough DIY'er job and if you aren't extremely handy I wouldn't attempt repairing it yourself. It sounds like either the teeth on the conveyor strap are stripping off (most newer vehicles have nylon straps that move the window panes) or the motor is locking up due to computator electrod dust from wear. Do you hear the motor running when you hit the switch or is there nothing?

Rattling noise coming from oil pan checked all areas with a stethoscope, seams to be loudest here any ideas?

Clacking or rattling from that area could be due to a connecting rod knock, or the oil pan could just be acting as an amplifier for a sound coming from somewhere else in the engine.

go back to the dealer while its under warranty. if you try to fix it and cause a problem warranty is void. if not satisfied with this dealer go to another.

Suburban makes a clacking sound when accelerated and ac is on. When you shut ac off the sound stops. I replaced the tensioner pully this morning and it is still making the same sound

sounds like the clutch on the front of the a/c compressor unless the actual a/c compressor is locking up and causing the belt to slap.
the clutch would make a rattle like noise.

Car turns on and rattles then at idle it stops but press the gas it starts rattling again

Providing the oil level is okay, it's likely a dead spark plug or wire. I'm not sure what kind of rattle you're talking about. A real quick "clack clack " , as in starving for oil, or do you just mean shaking and running bad, as in a dead cylinder?

the intakes go bad on these engines....... they leak coolant in the cylinders and cause a hydro lock that causes the rods to bend making the piston skirt hit the crank......" clicking noise" theres a law suit in progress for this issue......... you can find info on the internet
