You need to buy a repair manual for the car and in the back of the manual is a wiring schematic. I would start by finding what else runs on the radio fuse besides the radio.

If car sits overnight battery dies. checked alternator and battery was told both are workin good.

Does it have heated seats? If so maybe they aren't turning off when the ignition is off. In that case, pull out the fuse for heated seats when you shut the car off. The inside of the fuse panel cover will have a diagram showing which fuse it is, likely a 15a. I'm not 100% positive on how to permanently remedy that particular problem beyond just pulling the fuse, it could however be a rather simple problem with the on/off switch not releasing the contacts when you move it to the off position.

Does it also have powered seats and/or power windows? It is also possible that either of the two are not shutting down the motor (window or seat motor) when the window or seat reaches the end of it's travel...this of course is not applicable if you don't have either thing all the way up, down or the seat all the way in one direction. The buttons can be stuck in one position and still activating power to the window or seat while they are at the end of it's travel and it would be rather obscure, both are devices that can still operate with the ignition off. In order to know for sure, after you shut off your car, sit quietly and listen carefully for anything that sounds like it is still running. It may sound like a high pitch whine or hum.

I would otherwise suggest that either your exterior or interior lights may still be running, but those things are a bit more obvious and aren't really enough draw on power, even with HID lights, to drain a battery overnight that was good enough to pass an electrical test. The same would apply to a security system.

Car wont start but the lights, radio and everything battery operated comes on but it just makes a click noise when trying to start engine

If you can hear a click (quite loud) from the engine compartment, but the starter won't crank, this also could be caused by discharged battery. Battery problems - Discharged or dead battery is one of the possible reasons for a car not to start. Very common is the situation when we forget to turn the lights off overnight (the dome light, for example), which causes the battery to drain. In this case when attempting to start a car, all you will probably hear will be a clicking noise - there won't be enough power to turn the starter. Here is the simple way to check if the battery is discharged: Turn the ignition on. With the engine off, turn the windshield wipers on. If they move way too slow, much slower than usual, the battery is probably discharged. Also look at the dashboard lights - if they appear very dim, the battery is probably discharged.
If the battery is relatively new, it can be recharged. All you need to do is to boost your car and let the engine run for a while to charge the battery.

However if your battery is more than three-four years old, you will probably need to buy a new one. Sometimes, an old battery may even die with no apparent reason, even if the day before it was OK.

If the battery is OK, the starter solenoid, starter cables or the starter motor itself could be a problem.

Check it and tell us news.

Cranks wont start

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. Open hood and look for disconnected spark-plug wires or vacuum lines. Corrosion at battery terminal will also prevent car from starting. Clean battery cable ends and battery terminal with wire brush or water and rag and tighten battery cable ends. And make sure the connections on battery are fine.

Also check the fuse box for blown fuses & fuel pump relay. Check that if there is spark and starter motor is getting any power. Also check the output of the battery. You'll need to check all these with a multimeter.

Try unhooking the negative lead to the battery and leave it off overnight. Hook it back up and see if this resets the ECU.

Disconnect the stereo and watch the condition of the battery. Most of the time the stereo gets power out of the battery even when engine is off.
