How do i remove the heat control to replace it?my heat/aircon is very inconsistent. I'm not sure if it is the control as it does work once in a while. At this time, my heat does not work in the winter and cold air does not work in summer...could it be thermostat but then again I have replaced it twice without success.

Aircon doesn t turn off even i switch off

Need a little more info but typically upscale cars will run the AC compressor even when not needed. This assists the car with humidity control in the cabin, the heater can easily heat the air that just got cooled and removed some of the moisture. Look for an economy setting, or a way to turn climate control off.

My car has an automatic headlights "on" that activates in darker environment when the ignition key is also at the "on" position. Sometimes when I turn the fan or the aircon to "on" position at the control...

Hi,
The car per se has no problems - but finding this sort of thing can be maddening. I would start with changing out the heat light control switch. This is ususally the problem - the item that gets the most on -off - on off and - the item we dread to replace because of cost.

Sadly this looks like it is the problem. HOW EVER - there is some GOOD NEWS

Take down the VIN number and call the dealer - ask about RECALLS and you will join thousands that have saved millions.
