air conditioning unit not working... What could it be???/ Can I fix it myself???? what does the manual say about tune ups??/ How often? I have a 2007 ford escape... Ive lost my manuel.... please help...

All auto supply stores sell "Haynes" repair manuals. Find the one for your Escape ($25).
The manual will answer all of your questions and be very useful.
You will buy a manual for every vehicle you will purchase in the future ... that good...
