2001 vw cabrio radiator fan doesnt turn on

You should be able to jumper the relay to make the fan run. If you do that and the fan does not run, expect to find a bad fan motor.
If you jumper the relay and the fan runs, and the relay is good, the problem is in the computer or wiring to the sensor.

Need to know where is the location of switch to turn on the radiator fan

1995 Isuzu Rodeo is equipped with a belt driven fan with a viscous fan clutch for engine cooling. The electric fan is for A/C condensor cooling only. The condensor fan is switched on and off by the A/C fan relay, which is operated by the triple pressure switch located in the A/C line on the left side of the engine compartment.

attempt to replace the triple pressure switch without first using the proper equipment to evacuate and recover the freon in the A/C system. The A/C system is under high pressure and attempts to replace parts without discharging the system can result in serious injury.

I have a 1995 Cabrio and the both cooling fans are not working. I found the fuse housing in the engine compartment however only one fuse was in there. I tried to put the other in (20) and it just...

Hi, look for the cooling fan switch on the radiator. It looks like the picture below. Pull the connector off. Turn the key on and connect the middle terminal in the connector to each of the other terminals using a short u-shaped wire. If the fans come on, replace the switch. Use water pump sealer or teflon tape on the threads of the new switch. You probably have only one fuse for the fans. The fuse box is used for many different models. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

1995 volkswagon golf over heating. Replaced upper and lower radiator hose. Engine cooling fan doesnt kick on. What else should I look for.

I would check the radiator fan switch, it's mounted in the radiator on the driver side of the radiator, you should be able to see it from the engine compartment. Also check the fan relay and fan fuse.

Need to replace the radiator fan switch on a 1995 Honda Civic DX

If it's an auto, remove the cooler lines. Remove the upper and lower hoses. Remove the top bolts that attach the radiator hold down to the core support. Unplug the electric fan harness's and pull up on the radiator. Switch the fans with it out of the car to the new radiator and install in reverse of removal.
