Cruise control stopped working in our 1998 ford explorer can't find the problem and can't find a diagram of system to be able to check it.

Chances are that you will need to replace the Multi-Function switch. There is a common problem for Explorers to have the switch fail. A multi-function switch controls the cruise, wipers, blinkers and if even one item is not working then will still need to be replaced. Usually you can find a wiring diagram on Mitchell on Demand Do - It yourself website.

Electrical nightmare

You need to replace the combo switch. That switch controls turn signals, wipers and high beams. It is only held in by 2 screws and the hardest part is getting to the jack plugs to unplug the thing. Also if you have cruise control be very careful not to break the cruise stalk. The crusie switch mounts in the turn signal/combo switch. If you know how to use a phillips screwdriver you should be able to DIY Good luck.If this helped rate me. If you need anymore help get back to me.

2002 Jeep Liberty headlights blink

I have the same problem. I had it when I turned on my Blinker and turned. When the switch in the steering wheel turn the blinker off it made my head lights blink sometimes. It has to do with the switch that controls the blinker and the head lights. It does not happen all the time.
