You don't have to remove the intake.You need to remove the coil packs and starter bolts,wires from the starter posts and twist and turn you way out.

Below is a diagram of the belt routing.
Item number 6 is the belt tensioner, using a 3/8 inch drive tool turn the tensioner clockwise to remove the belt. Insert the tool into the red opening.
