Sounds like your sensors are responding to the situation/condition and trying to adjust and correct. I would suggest a cleaning or replacement of injectors, would try cleaning first, and I don't mean a fuel additive, I mean removal and wire cleaning in individual orifaces, as well as a blasting.

Check you're fuel injectors, if so, use fuel injector cleaner every other fill up, if the problem worsens, check you're catalic converter for clogs.

I would try going to one of your local auto parts places first and ask them to hook up a codes scanner and see if there are any codes. If so, which ones and fix the first code first. That will usually fix any other codes as well.
