Question about 2004 Subaru Legacy
I have a Subaru Legacy Tourer 2004. The information display on the middle of the dash, which shows the outside temp, mpg, dist on petrol left etc. shows a flashing ERR (error) message after turning on ignition, lasting for up to a minute before returning to normal. I have checked to manual but it mentions nothing about this type of message. What could be causing this? Mark Smith

Yes as long as the Motors are the same. You might need to have the computer out of doner car. Doors are suppose to fit 96 to 99.

the following link has detailed instructions and a chart explaining the different codes. http://www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/engine.html just so you know - you may have to do a little digging to get to those connectors - mine were taped up tight to the harness - had never been used before. Good luck and any further questions have probably already been asked and answered here: www.ultimatesubaru.org Great people that love Subaru's...
