Problem for Audi 2002 TT

Just idle's when gas pedel pushed.

I have a 2002 TT (Roadster), currently when I push the accelerater the car just idle's. Is this a common problem? How do I fix it?

- There is no throttle linkage, its all electronic. I do not see and crimped or broken wires though.

did the throttle cable or linkage come loose or come off the throttle braket
