Question about Plymouth Voyager
The flasher is located on your Fuse block. This is located to the left of the steering wheel and under the dash. Depending on the year of your vehicle there may be two separate fuse blocks both covered with a plastic cover. There should be a diagram in your owners manual that will identify which unit is the flasher. Normally they are a different color than any of the relays that will also be on the block.
