Same circuit feeds both so I would check the bulbs by replacement and put a meter across the supply line

Why is the high mount stop light not working?

The same 15amp fuse for the regular brake lights powers the high mount light. If the regular brake lights work but the high mount does not, it could be the lamp monitor or a wiring problem.

Fuse diagram for a 1990 toyota camry no brake lights but have running and turn , replaced bulbs ,brake switch not sure what else

reconize that the turn signals are involed in this circuirt and do they work is they should? The brake light switchs wire rith at the plug fails too the turn signal switch fails sometimes but not often. Does the thrid high mount brake light work? Make sure the bulbs in it are good to as they fail quicker the the regular lights. If the high mont works and the regular lights don't the turn signal switch or it's connections are likly to be it.

Brake Light will not work? Cab brake light does.

The high mount stop light and the regular brake lights are actually on different circuits. The regular stop lights go through the turn signal switch which is known to go bad on older ford vehicles. Something to check into. Also be sure to check all the fuses.

Why do my chevy lumina idle high in park and in drive. and why wont my brake lights work.

You either have a vacuum leak or the idle air control valve is defective. This may set a check engine light but you did not a check engine light being on.As far as your brake lights if the high mount is working and the regular brake lights not working then it is your multifunction switch. This is part of the turn signal switch.Under the steering wheel.I am assuming that you have checked your fuses.Hope this helps.Good luck.

Left & right brake light not on

Could be the brake switch that is mounted to the brake pedal area. Check if you have voltage out from there when brakes are applied, there may be two leads one for the high mount and one for regular brake lights.
