When you turn on iginition, buzzing comes from fuse box. When you turn the ignition, the engine does not turn. All fuses check ok. Atop the fuse box there are 4-5 harnesses going into the top of box. When you unplug any of the harnesses the buzzing stops but still not iginition

check your computer under the hood and make sure none of those fuses are blown. Also, can the vehicle be jump started. I have a 2000 expedition that did that and a fuse was blown under the hood.

I have the exact same problem with my 2003 Ford Expedition not starting and buzzing from the fuse box.
I asked a Ford expert and was told the 2003 Expy has a water leak problem fromt the windshield to the fuse box that causes problems with the fuse box.
