Hi,

It is located in back of the engine near the left corner directly beneath 2 black rubber hoses.

I would recommend a professional mechanic to do any kind of handling the same.

Let me know if it was helpful.

Cheers
Kanu

I have a 1999 Buick Regal cooling fans do not run

check for power at the plug that attaches to the fan motor. if it has power then replace the fan. if not then trace the wire back to the relay to find the short.

Adding power steering fluid to a 1999 Buick Regal

The power steering fluid reservoir is located on the passenger side front of the engine, it is roughly square and black plastic with a twist off cap, check level hot and add so fluid is within two lines on the plastic dip stick which is part of the cap of the reservoir.

1999 Buick Regal - No courtsey lights and car won't start

Sounds like you have no power at all. If this is the case, you start with the battery. If you have power to other functions, there is another issue. Would need to know more to know exactly how to start the troubleshooting process. Good Luck!
