How do i remove the back seat in my 2008 chevy 4 door truck

don't know this vehicle specifically but on many cars the rear seat base is held on with a clip on each side. Grab the seat at the front bottom, push back/down, then pull up. Same for other side. Once the base is out there is often a bolt on each side holding the seat back on. Take out the bolt and lift the seat back up.

2003 Silverado 1500 4X4 long bed. are the rear brakes dual or single piston?

4WD with 6 lug nuts should be a single piston caliper. If for some reason you have a 8 bolt pattern the caliper will be a dual piston system. These should be limited to 3/4 4WD and 1 tons.

Do I grease axle spindle and the seat for the hub bearing assembly on a Silverado 1500 4WD half ton?

Though it's not mandatory, putting grease on those items does help, especially if you need to take it apart some time in the future.
I usually use marine type black grease in the hub opening and white lube on the axle spline. You don't need a huge amount...you don't need it getting all over the place. I also use anti-seize compound on the hub bearing bolts that hold them to the knuckle.

It is possible both low beams are out and you didn't notice until the second one failed. Have you tried to reset the lights with the dashboard switch?

If it's a v8 then when looking at the engine the top left pulley has a 15mm bolt holding the pulley on. Use an endwrench and move/pull it to the drivers side of the truck!

How to replace rack and pinion on chevy 2003 silverado

Silverados do not have rack and pinion steering. The steering box is bolted to the frame on the drivers side, that can be removed by removing the bolts holding it on, the steering shaft bolts, and the pitman arm.

Raise the truck. Remove the wheel, brake caliper, caliper mounting and the dust cover in the center of the hub. Remove the ABS wiring, remove the large nut from the center of the hub. On the back side of the hub are 3 bolts, remove those and the hub should come off. Good Luck

REMOVE BRAKES, ON BACK SIDE OF SPINDLE REMOVE FOUR RETAINING BOLTS AND HUB ASSEMBLY SHOULD COME OFF.. MAY HAVE TO TAP WITH A HAMMER TO BREAK FREE FROM THE SPINDLE... BE SURE TO THOUOUGHLY CLEAN THE SPINDLE BEFORE INSTALLING NEW BEARING ASSEMBLY.
