All lights flicker in my 98 Range Rover

Hi, I have a 98 Land Rover Range Rover 4.0L. For the past few weeks the headlights, tail lights, reverse lights, interior dash lights, console lights (every light in the car) flickers while running. It is worse at idle, but still flickers at cruising speed as well. The battery is brand new, all fuses are good. I checked the alternator and is putting out 14 volts while running. I checked the grounds, and the battery connections which are good. Please help! Thanks.

Why didmy tail lights quit working, now my range rover wont come out of park,And where is the 17 fuse?

The tail lights sound like a fuse. The interior fuse box iss under the passenger seat. Access thru the pop out cover on the seat base surround.
If you have a dead battery your gear selector will not disengage from park.

Hope this helps a bit. Feel free to repost with more info and ill do my best to follow up.
