Problem for Hyundai 2001 Accent
I have a 2001 Accent that has injector #2
I have a 2001 Accent that has injector #2 misfiring. Does this mean that I have to have the injector replaced, or will injector cleaner possible fix the issue? The car sat for 4 months and I've already replaced the mass flow air sensor, TP sensor and I was told the knock sensor needed to be replaced however, I don't have any engine lights on at all. So I don't know if this just the mechanic trying to get more money from me or a real issue. The engine once started shakes in sequence. It's fine for about 30 seconds then shakes, then fine again for 30 and then shakes again. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

try have the injector service first, by the mean of dismantling the injector and clean them with thinner. (except the body, just use wire brush). becareful, though the part component is so tiny that it will be VERY HASSLE when you lose any of it. make sure all the jet hole is not clogged.
