does your unlock button work in car? If it does, do you have another keyless entry key fob? If so does it work? If you just replaced the battery you can try removing battery and cleaning contacts within remote. I know some of the nissan altimas had the same issue and the only solution was a new key fob. I don't know if this is procedure you followed? There is door lock receiver under the dash. The receiver sends message to bcm the bcm controls the door lock/unlock relays accordingly. Any applicable trouble codes?
Transmitter Programming Procedure Close all the vehicle doors. Insert the ignition key into the ignition lock cylinder. Press and hold the door unlock switch. While holding the door lock switch in the unlock position, cycle the ignition ON, OFF, ON, OFF. Release the door unlock switch. The doors will lock and unlock to confirm the program mode. Press and hold the LOCK button and the UNLOCK button simultaneously on the transmitter. After a delay of approximately 15 seconds, the doors will lock and unlock to confirm the programming of the transmitter. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position in order to exit the keyless entry transmitter mode. Operate the transmitter functions in order to verify correct system operation. Good luck
Seating in the drivers seat , make sure all doors are closed.Insert key into ignition, don't turn on yet. Wait for the dome light to go out, then press and hold the door unlock button , make sure it is UNLOCK, while turning the key ON OFF ON OFF Twice , do not engage the started, just on to the point of being on. Release the unlock button,and your doors should lock, then unlock indicating programming mode.At this point hold down both the lock and unlock button on the key fob. After 30 seconds your locks should lock and unlock, indicating the fob is programmed. This must be repeated for all remotes, whether or not it be new or old. After all remotes are programmed, turn the key off and on again to exit programming mode.
