Question about Ford Ranger
If you live near an autozone, that is the best way to figure out what the check engine light means. They will check it out for you for free. I used a power steering fluid called Bar's. I tried all other kinds of fluid with leak stop I could find, but half a bottle of this stuff did the job. Saved me $400 on replacing the power steering gear box. If it doesn't stop the leak, they will give you your money back. It costs about $5 but it's well worth it.
