You have a loose tie rod end or a bad half shaft try to see which side it is by having someone move it back and forth when yo find the part that is loose replace that part, if it is a half shaft replace the axle with a half shaft to fix. Do not just replace one part replace the entire axle.

Why does my car make a "popping" sound when making turns?

Popping noise is most likely going to be your ball joints.

sounds like air in the power steering fluid - check for a hose jumping around as you turn the steering wheel - a hose hitting metal sounds like a pop - - best of it

Popping sound while turning a 2006 F-350

It could be a ball joint. Since it has a lift I would recommend checking to make sure everything is tight, it is easy for something to loosen up.

Popping sound coming from left front wheel

Actually, it sounds like you have a drive axle CV joint that has gone bad. Is it a single pop or does it continue in a rhythmic pattern if you are turning.
How long ago was the transmission rebuilt.

Popping Noise ?

Does it sound like a speed induced continuous clicking, like (click, click, click, click, click) while turning and stop when you straighten your turn?
If so, this sounds like a bad CV (constant velocity) joint. These are the axles that move the car, they come from your transmission and turn the wheels. Your car is front wheel drive.
If this is not your symptom, please respond.
