How do I change the waterpump in my car? And where is it located? whats the estimated time to do so?

depends on how the motor is sitting in the car . if cross ways the pump will be on the left side as you face it access usually requires removing the wheel and inner wheel cover , .the serpentine belt then unbolt the pump replace with new or rebuilt and re assemble . if you are mechanical it will take a couple hours if not then it could take days

Have a 2006 pontiac g6 leaking oil above starter where is it coming from?

I always buy a service manual from advance or some parts supplier for every vehicle I own, that way the manual tells me how the parts are mounted to the motor and their location to the rest of the motor.
I am not sure where the starter is located on a Pontiac G6 but look above it if you have to use a flashlight, if your oil filter is near it, make sure it is tight and not loose.
Sometimes valve pan gaskets leak and run down the side of motor making us believe oil is coming from another place, just start looking and you will find it.

Hello. Can you please tell me with a 2006 Pontiac G6 3900, if the serpentine belt goes under or over the pulley. I don't have a diagram and I'm trying to replace the belt. Thanks

if you look at the belt you have a smooth side and a grooved side and if you look at the pullies you have a grooved side and a smooth side, hence smooth to smooth and grooved to grooved.

Cant find the location for Power Steering Pump for Pontiac G6 2.4L

That's because there is no hydraulically assisted power steering on 4-cyl model G6.The assist comes from a shaft-mounted servo motor. Completely electrical. Good luck with that thing as they are plagued with problems.

Do i have to disconnect motor mount to replace my drive belt

Depends on the motor. If there is a mount on the passanger side that the belt goes around then yes. Don't fret though, easy to get around. Use a jack and a piece of wood on the oil pan to support the motor so you can remove the motor mount to remove the belt. Again, this is on SOME gm motors not all. On the others the mount isn't in the way at all.

Engine Seized up on a 2006 Pontiac G6

check the oil and coolant levels. if coolant is low pull the sparkplugs and try to turn the engine over if still not turning free remove the serpentine belt and try again, if it turns over ok check the pullyes on the front of the motor to see if they all turn free by hand. a serpentine belt can prevent an engine from turning over if a tensioner, idler, water pump, alternator, or power steering pump is siezed up or starting to seize. being your battery is bad I'm thinking probably the alternator is seized. hope this helps mike.
