My 1999 accord wont shift into gear while its on but will when its off its a 5 speed.

It's your hydraulic clutch system that probably isn't working. When you press the clutch pedal down, it causes the clutch master cylinder to put pressure in the line to the transmission's little "slave cylinder" that operates the clutch inside the transmission bell housing. This disengages the engine from the transmission so you can shift gears. It's probably not putting the slave cylinder to work by hydraulic pressure. The clutch master cylinder is mounted on the firewall, similar to the brake master cylinder, the clutch cylinder has a reservoir and you may need to add brake fluid to it. If it is dry, then you will need the system bled at the slave cylinder by a pro or someone who understands how. Pretty simple, really, just like bleeding brakes. Also the clutch master cylinder can develop internal leaks and this will lead to loss of clutch.

Hidrolic system does not work properly

What system is that? Brakes? Clutch? If it's the hydraulic clutch, most often it's the clutch master cylinder. The internal seals don't hold pressure. Sometimes the slave cylinder. If there is a leak, that will cause loss of pressure.

No start no crank

Check and see if the brake lights work. There is an interlock system. The idea is to prevent runaway starts and some work by preventing the starter from cranking and others work by preventing shifting without a foot on the brake pedal.
If the switch on the top of the Brake pedal lever or clutch pedal on stick shifts is broken or knocked off its' holder, the signal will not go through. For those units, the loss of a signal on Automatic transmission equipped cars can be diagnosed by looking at the brake lights. Stick shift models will need to have the wiring leads tested with a Voltmeter.

No clutch after brakefluid loss

The clutch system need to be bled. These can be a pain to bleed. Using either a vacuum type bleeder or injecting in from the bleeder on the slave cylinder seem to work the best.

Altima loss of clutch on turns

Well, I know nothing specific about your car in particular but ill try to work up an idea. Some systems incorporate the clutch and the brakes using the same fluid. Do you notice anything similar with your brakes?

My 2004 satun ion clutch goes all the way to the floor how do i fix this problem?

The system may be out of fluid, The loss of fluid may be from a leaking clutch master cylinder or the clutch slave cylinder mounted on the bellhousing. The clutch master cylinder should be close to the brake master cylinder

What did you do to fix the clutch fluid loss??? if it ran dry, you need to find out where it went. You will need to replace the clutch hydraulic master and slave cylinders.

Clutch pedal goes to the floor on A6 2.8 P 1997

It's a hydraulic system on the Audi. Using a master cylinder (nearer pedal and firewall) and a slave cylinder (at clutch release bearing itself, or on side of tranny. Owner's manual should give location for a reservoir to check. Similar but smaller than brake master cylinder reservoir if that helps. The system uses brake fluid, and you either have a leak, a lack, or a loss of this fluid, and/or pressure to the clutch. Sounds like you need qualified service, these systems need REAL diagnosis before you start buying parts. ALso can be hard to bleed completely free of air after parts are installed.
