Check cable for corrosion or signs of heat.Check voltage to starter. Most likley a starter but don't overlook the basics like is the engine seized or is there a loose/bad connector to engine ground.

The clicking sounds like the starter/starter relay..

Check your battery voltage with a multitester.anything over 12.0 DC should be fine.

Check all your grounds in the engine compartment.A bad ground will duplicate a bad starter sound sometimes.

Check all your fuses/relays in both the passenger and engine compartment fuse/ relay boxes.
Refer to your manual or the guide inside the lids or cover of both to see which is responsible for what.

Lastly, find the starter. and check its connections including the ground making sure they are clean and tight.
Give it a short rap with a hammer and then try it again.

If after all that still no go, odds are yes, its your starter.

2009 Hyundai Accent I turn key to Start, I hear a click, then nothing. A few minutes later, car starts OK.

Sounds like the solenoid on the starter going bad, but try cleaning your battery post connections first , have battery tested at auto parts store for free.

My 2004 f150 wont start. i drove it to the store and everything worked fine. when i came out of the store, the truck won't start. when i turn the key nothing happens. i can hear a clicking noise coming...

I would check your battery. I would also look for loose grounds. The clicking you hear is your fuel pump turning on. I would check your battery voltage and, have the battery load tested.

Car does not start.

Yes, I would have the battery fully charged and load tested. Most local parts stores can test it for you. Takes a hour or so.
