What did you replace? If it where a sensor, make sure you changed the right sensor, also wheel bearings gone bad will cause this, also bad rotors, and brake pads.If the vehicle has problems stopping like the computer thinks ,then the light will come on,but if hitting bumps causes the light to come on,then the wheel bearing or rotor,or brake liners(pads)could be the problem.I hope this was some help.

I HAVE A 2009 GMC ACADIA WHEN I HIT A BUMP THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON , THE ABS LIGHT COMES ON AND STABILY TRACK LIGHT COME ON WITH A TROUBLE CODE U073 AND A U121

U073 is a communication code from one module to another to simply put it. Code U073 refers to a communication problem with the electronic brake control module ( Which controls ABS/Traction and stability ). I would suspect a loose connection/shorted wiring or even possible internal problem with the brake control module. If the issue occurs after hitting a bump, most likely a loose connection or the wiring rubbing somewhere causing a short from the brake control module.

New hub and abs light come on when turning or hit bumps

The brake sensors. Cars with antilock brakes have an amber or yellow warning light, which usually says ABS. If this light stays illuminated after the bulb check, it indicates a problem with the antilock braking system. The ABS controller will disable the system and your brakes should function as if you don't have ABS. In this case, you can safely drive the car to a mechanic for service.

I have 1999 4x4 blazer the abs light comes when u hit a bump and when u turn left hit the brakes it a nosie and hard to stop any help will greatful thank u

check for failing wheel bearings as the hub may be contacting the sensor for the abs because of excessive hub movement. Noise and hard to stop suggest a brake fault (no pads) or loose disc rotor.

When the ABS module goes bad does it cause the truck to lose speed, reduce engine power, and shut off when you hit bumps

Sounds more like a loose connection in the harness. If the ABS module failed, the system would default off and your ABS warning light would come on.
The ABS module measures tire speed and applies brake pressure to prevent skid.

Why are my brakes locking up and grinding whenever i hit a bump or uneven surface while braking?

Sounds like you have a speed sensor signal dropping out. This would cause the ABS system to falsely think one of the wheels has locked up and would turn on the abs to unlock the wheel.

You can visually check the wiring harnesses to the speed sensors to see if there are any corroded connections, corroded wires or broken wires. If everything looks good than the next step would be to drive it with a scan tool and watch ABS data. You should be able to spot the speed sensors that drops out on the scan tool when the problem occurs. Than you can focus on that wheel to see what the problem is.

HI, MY BRAKES ARE OK BUT WHEN I HIT A BUMP MY ABS LIGHT COMES ON . HERE LATELY MORE OFTEN .WHEN KEY IS ANOTHER BUMP. THANKSTURN OFF IT GOES OFF TILL

This is the wire that goes to the car wheel. It is either lose or dirty. Try unplugging it and cleaning it with some electonic cleaner and then put it back on. It could also be a bad sensor that this plugs to.

Brake dash light and abs dash light comes on when a bump is hit

if the brake pedal is low than the problem could be that the brakes need replacing and the other problem could be a problem with the ABS system
