If the speedo is faulty, could be a complete board required. If there is a sender unit faulty on the output from the main drive shaft could depend on spare parts required and labour charge. Maybe there is a broken wire, maybe there is a blown fuse.

sound like you have a bad ground our pwr or short in you wireing sounds like some ine pinched a wire in the door and caused a direct short to ground or your alternator regulator went bad the wrong way supplying youcar with over 14.4 v max 12v reg when you dbl voltage you cut amperage in half and that will fry all electronics and no fuse will blow there for frying B.C.M ,E.C.M P.C.M MULTIFUNCTION SWITCH WIPERS TURN SIGNALS HEAD LIGHTS TAIOL LIGHTS ECT

In the fuse box under dash .

check that the ac clutch is connected up to get power to the clutch. Check the gas level as too much and not enough will not allow the compressor to work. You should have replaced the receiver drier as well as they block up. Did you vacuum down the system before you put the gas in. IF not then the TX valve may be blocking up from the water vapour that was in the lines when you put in the gas.. Suggest you visit an auto air conditioner shop to fix the problems.

They have air in the system. Keep bleeding them. the air will come out.

Replace it. Most switches are mounted to plastic snap clips than can be removed with a simple Flathead screwdriver.A $5 plastic pry tool set is the best, but a butter knife or two works wonders sometimes.
