Question about 1997 Buick.5 Regal
I have a 1997 Buick Regal GS and the heater/ac buttons do not work. None of the buttons (air flow, auto, ect.) work. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

there is a drain that must be plugged . it drains the condensation from the evaporitor on the AC system. these need to be cleaned once in a while. look from under the car around the firewall . you will see the tube. stick a wire up it to clean it out. and it will dry up.
good luck paul

sounds like you have a stuck blend door in the HVAC system. If its not controled by vacuum the servo motor is bad or the vacuum line is bad. This door moves back and forth to go from vent to floor to defrost. and you have one to go from cold side to hot side. Hope this helps you

Your fuel pump ballast resistor is bad if it's a super charged engine. you will find it behind the battery other side of the wall kind of hard to find. it's a large white ceramic rectangle this takes the load from the fuel pump allowing it to run.
