Fairly obvious that you made an error in wiring the electric water pump, and have blown one or more fuses (or may have damaged some wiring).
Disconnect the water pump entirely (for now), and recover your electrical system (check all fuses, breakers, and fusible links).

NOTE THAT THE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP IS A HIGH ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION MOTOR, AND MUST RECEIVE ITS POWER DIRECTLY FROM THE BATTERY THROUGH A CONTROL RELAY, preferably from the STARTER primary power wire. You will need to use an inline breaker (properly rated for the electrical current rating in AMPS for the electric water pump), and you will need to use a fairly robust relay to turn the water pump on and off with ignition switch power.

If you are unfamiliar with electrical principles related to high-amperage applications in a vehicle, I'd recommend that you refer the installation of your after-market water pump to someone with the necessary experience, so that you do not further damage your vehicle.

Best of luck to you!!

Every time i try and start it i blow the fuel pump fuse and the starter is suckin a lot of juice out of the battery hooked up jumper cables and a battery charge all it does is pop and spark at negtive

The only thing on the 10amp fuel pump circuit should be the pump. So you could disconnect the harness at the gas tank to make sure it is the pump and not a wiring problem.
Have you had the battery tested ? Does the cables spark before you turn the key to crank ?

What fuse for wiper washer motor

The wiring diagrams in the Haynes book should show the washer pump circuit? Often the washer pump shares the same fuse as the wipers.
You could pull off the electrical connector for the washer switch, or the multi-function switch if so equipped, and check for voltage on the pump wire going to the switch, key on. Then check if power going out of switch to the pump-key on and pump switch on. If power on both, the wire from switch to pump must be broken. Run a new wire. If power into switch but none out-switch is bad. If no power into switch for the pump, may have to keep looking for a bad fuse or the wire from fuse panel to the washer switch may have a problem. Hope this helps, good luck.

Air suspention compresser wont start

First check the fuse. If the fuse is good, check to see if you have juice at the pump. If you dont have juice at the pump, check the switch for juice. If theires juice going into the switch, check to see if juice is coming out of the switch.

The starter will not turn. When the ignition is engaged, I hear the fuel pump run, the lights come on as usual but there is no sound from the starter or the engine. I replaced the starter, but still have...

The problem sounds electrical and one of several problems it could be. Here are the possibilities:
Starter Relay - Switch the starter and AC relays, these are the same relay type doing different jobs
Alarm Starter inhibitor - If you have an alarm installed, cut the main power wire to the alarm
Voltage Regulator - Try jumping the vehicle, if it jumps test the battery if it doesn't replace the battery if the problem persist after replacing the battery remove the alternator and test it
Dead Cell in battery - Try to jump the battery, if it starts then replace the battery
Blown 80 amp in-line fuse - This is usually a small bump looking fuse, you can by pass this but first test for continuity by using a multimeter and connect on each side of the fuse.
grounded positive cable - If a cable has been running close to the frame or engine it may have worn a spot through the insulation and maybe grounding and that will interfere with the starting.

94 taurus, new fuel pump and pcm fan fuel module. car will not start and not getting gas to front. if we put a jumper on wire's at pump car starts and runs great

In the front passenger side corner of the engine compartment is a black box called the CCRM. Your fuel pump relay is inside this box. There is a 30 amp fuse somewhere near the box on a yellow wire that goes to the box. Check the yellow wire at the CCRM connector for power. If no power, find the fuse and replace it. If it burns again, check the wiring at the inertia switch--I had a customer last week that had a short at the inertia switch that was blowing the fuse. If the fuse is good and there is power to the CCRM, try jumping the pump from the battery positive to the CCRM connector pink wire/black stripe. If this turns the pump on, replace the CCRM. If this doesn't turn on the pump, check the inertia switch and wiring to the pump, including the ground wire. Please let me know if you have questions, and thanks for using FixYa.

I check the power going back to the fuel pump but there is no power at the fuel pump

I am confused if you are checking the power back to the fuel pump ? how far back to the pump?
if you take some wire ( if you know what you are doing ) and jump the pump straight to the battery will it run ( watch electric polarity )
then you know if the pump is working or not.
All modern cars with electric fuel pumps have cut-off switches/ pressure switches.
if the engine failes to start the pump is shut off, if one of these switches or a fuse is bad the pump will not get power.
If the pump is in the gas tank, and you have power up to the tank but the pump will not run - you need a new pump.

Check to see if FUEL SHUT OFF SWITCH Went BAD..............Located in Passenger side kick panel. will have red button on top. Unplug it. take paper clip and complete circut. If car starts , then replace fuel cut off switch. It is an INERTIA SWITCH,similar to a MERCURY SWITCH.
