This happened to my Buick. The front tires had little facets worn on them, causing the trembles. Yours sounds even more severe. But for my car, I adjusted the toe in and rotated the front tires to the back. The steering wheel doesn't tremble any more. But there is a rumble in the seat. I can live with that. Bad shocks. Bad alignment. These cause the facets.

At low speed have a wobbly feeling

Generally, low-speed wobbles are caused by defective tires.
Look at your tires' tread and run your hand over each tire. If you can see (or feel) the tread shift away from the normal pattern, it's likely the tire has a broken belt (most tires have a steel radial belt the wraps around the tire, which is buried underneath the tread) - occasionally they can separate from the tire, causing a terrible wobble-ley feeling. (Ever seen those strips of tread on the highway? that is the result of not having the problem fixed when first noticed).
It could also be other problems such as a loose front-end, the tire being out-of-balance, or your car wheels not being aligned properly.
If you're not comfortable checking yourself, I suggest having a mechanic or automotive technician take a look.

1994 4Runner-why does front Rgt tire wobble@50-70KL or wobble @thos speed when hitting a little bump or big bump&will not let me go past 70KL without starting to wobble??

Not Tie Rods, probably Upper and lower Ball joints OR look at the stabilizer bar if your truck has one, check for worn bushings on that.

The problem is more than likely the result of your front rotors being warped. You should either have them checked for this condition. Also clean and lubricate the caliper slides which will enable the caliper to move freely upon application of the brakes. use only silicone based brake part lubricant. Any oil based lubricant will cause seals and rubber parts to fail. I would change the rotors and pads.

Car tires wobble at low speeds

Rim may have a dent or a weel balance weight may have fallen off.

Have the balance checked before your tires develop abnormal wear.
