Question about 2001 Kia Sportage
Bad fuel pump!
Posted on Oct 04, 2009
I would check the fuel relay in front of the battery in the little black box by exchanging it and the main relay and see if that helps. It could also be that your ground needs reconnected or cleaned on the top of your fuel pump. I had the same problem and I replaced my relays (dealer only product) cleaned up the ground and all worked fine.
