Take door panel off inside and check motor with test light. check to see if regulator/window track cable is broke,or regulator itself is broke.

I cant power right passenger side window back up. Every window works except the right passenger window. Locks just the window wont power back up. All others work fine.

Could be the window switch or the window motor or possibly the window regulator. You have to check electrical ciruit , is there B+ voltage to the window switch ,if so is the B+ voltage getting to the window motor ? Do you hear any noise inside the door when you move the window switch ? If so probably the window regulator is bad . They are plastic pulley's an wire cable , the cables come off the pulleys , they break etc.... There are videos on youtube , trouble shooting power windows ! Passenger windown wont roll up or down, motor good

If the passenger side switch is bad it wont complete the circuit to operate the window. Recommend trying a known good passenger switch.

Need to get a wiring diagram. Buy a book and follow the wiring schematic. It should help you out majorly. Can't really work on electrical issues without one.

2005 Dodge Durango passenger window wont go down from drivers side switch

It sounds like everything else and the wiring is okay, only that button on the driver's switch is not working. I would try a new switch, if you see nothing wrong with the electrical plug for it when you take it off.
If that down wire was broken somewhere from the driver switch to the passenger door, I don't think the driver's switch would work for it either way, up or down. And same, neither would the passenger switch work. I think the button for down is not making contact somehow, and right in the switch.

Passenger Side Windows arent working

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU EITHER NEED A NEW WINDOW REGULATOR. THE MOTOR MAY STILL BE GOOD BUT THE REGULATOR MAY NOT BE ALLOWING THE WINDOW TO ROLL DOWN OR UP, BECAUSE IT IS WORN OUT.

Check the wiring between the drivers door and the A pillar(the body of the car). Sometimes the harness breaks from opening and closing the door.
