Can not control interior tempature by controls

Hi, Yes you have an air lock in your system, you may get this sorted by 1/. Removing one of the cooling hoses & try to blow with air.
2/. Drain all the system then put your heater on inside the vehicle & have the engine running & refill the system Start to do this from a cold engine. Please leave me feed back: Malcolm Campbell, Thanks.

i would suggest a tempature related fault check etc (engine tempature control ) switch

You should complain as soon as possible. Once that warranty expires you are on your own.
Just tell the shop what you said here.
There is a temp sensor that tells the controller what the interior temp is, and there are blend doors that control air flow. So you have several possible causes.

WELL TURN ON AC MAX COLD HIGH TO SEE IF COOLANT FANS TURN ON.IF NOT YOUR REFRIGERANT SO LOW THAT THE AC REFRIGERANT PRESSURE SENSOR WONT CLOSE CIRCUIT TO TURN ON COOLING FANS.MEANING YOU NEED HAVE AC CHECKED AND CHARGED.ALSO CHECK COMPRESSOR FOR POWER IF NOT YOU HAVE BLOWED FUSE OR BAD RELAY.IF FUSE AND RELAY GOOD YOUR AC COMPRESSOR CLUTCH COIL OPEN OR THE AC CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD.IF COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING WHEN YOU TURN ON AC YOUR AIR TEMPERATURE ACTUATOR NOT WORKING.

check all the fuses.the radio is designed to stay on until you open the door once the vehicle is shut off ,so the radio and the locks are linked together.there is a low current 7.5 amp fuse or very close to that

try this relearn procedure.

turn key on engine not running
set controlls to: vent, tempature cold, fan on low
turn key off
disconnect battery
wait 30 seconds
reconnect battery
turn key on do not start engine
wait 90 seconds while system recalibrates
turn key off
now start the engine and recheck for a/c operation

if this dosent fix the tempature controll than you will need to replace the blend door motor
and it is behind the glove box, it is black and has one plug on it. if you have to replace it make sure
you go through the relearn procedure afterwards.

You need a blend door actuator. It's located behind the radio and a/c control head.

The cooling fan is controlled by tempature relay.

Replace the tempature relay or fan relay.

the blower motor resistor is bad
