Look at the teeth on the key and you should be able to see where it is hitting. Take the key to a locksmith and he can either correct it or advise you.

My ignition is stuck, it wont turn at all with key n ignition.

this is a very common problem with the Saab ignition / key.
look at your key and see if it is worn down and smooth,, if the key looks worn then take the key to a automotive locksmith ( locksmith ONLY ) and have them read the key and see if they can cut you a new key to factory spec's. if the key looks pretty good then there is a chance that the ignition switch has a bad spring/stuck wafer inside - try and drip a small amount of ( Teflon based or silicone based ) lubrication down inside the lock and cycle the key in and out a few times and then drip a few more drops of lube inside and then cycle key in and out again,, then try and turn. ( do not use to much lube -- you are not trying to drown the ignition out,, a small amount goes a long way ).
also while you have the lube out -- spray some in all the door and truck locks to make sure they stay functioning well into the future.
if you happen to have a spare key that might have cleaner cuts on it -- use that one to test the ignition,, also try and flip the key back and forth as you try to get the ignition to turn.
if this does not free it up then there is a chance that one of the wafers is split and the ignition switch will need to be rebuilt or just replaced,, a automotive locksmith will be able to do this way cheaper than the dealer.

It appears to me to be more of a loose or damaged battery or ground connection, either on the battery, the starter, or a power wire somewhere. Next time you have dim lights, get under the hood and wiggle wires around, to see if you can get them to brighten up. When you do hit the right wire, you'll find the problem.

The Key won't turn in the ignition

The more you use your key, the more the key will wear down overtime. Eventually (especially with car keys) the key will not match up to your tumblers in the lock, and will intermittently not work, and eventually not turn at all. Do you have a spare? if so use it see if it works, then have a copy made. If you don't, call the dealership, have them make you another key, or call a locksmith.

Now if the key won't come out of the ignition, that's a whole other issue, but it doesn't sound like this is the case. Hope this helps you out, good luck!

Your ignition lock probably has sticky pin inside of tumbler.
Try spraying some WD40 or PB Blast into the key cylinder.
