I would suggest you change the trans lube and add a bottle of friction modifier to the lube, this should cure the issue based on my experience at the ford dealer i work at.

Sounds like your second geer piston seal is worn out and losing pressure, recommended good used or rebuild transmission.

Have a mazda 626 98' when i start up my car it's fine but when i take off about a mile or mile1/2 its starts to shifts like a jerking, almost like it wants to come out of gear, there is no noise before

I assume since you mentioned the throw out bearing it is a standard. It could be a clutch issue but it sounds more like the transmission is low or dry on fluid. Even a Standard has fluid for cooling and lubrication. In an automatic low fluid will cause shifting problems in a standard it's not so much shifting problems as it is wear on the gears and slipping.

Vehicle will not shift gears

When it comes to transmissions the home trouble shooter should be concerned with just a few things. Number 1 is fluid level. Start the truck and let it warm up to normal temperature. Then set the E-brake and place the transmission in Neutral. Check the fluid, if the fluid is low, fill it with the proper type of fluid. If fluid is ok, check any fuses and linkages corresponding to the transmission. If non of the above rings untrue you should take it to a specialist. Best of luck.

1996 dodge ram 1500 4WD shifts into reverse fine starts off in 1st and will not shift into 2nd gear

Could be as simple as low transmission fluid, but it can also be your shift solenoids or gonked up valve body. Star with checking your transmission fluid level. On that vehicle its pretty simple. There should be a yellow dipstick. Vehicle needs to be on and on operating temperature. Gear selector in P or N. Pull the dipstick out and see what it reads.

You are going to need a transmission shop. Mazdas do not always throw codes. You have an early OBD transmission, which do not send out many codes.

Automatic transmission shifts gears without input.

Get a selector switch, mounted on the side of the transmission. They gave a lot of trouble.
